The criticism of Hurtig, seemingly since the moment she joined the team baffled me. The fact that it continued well into her absence showed the immaturity and fickleness of some sections of the fan base to be honest.
I'm so happy she is back, for her personally and for us as a team/fans - a lovely moment on her first return - and getting the goal (so glad it didnt go as an own goal as so many kept insisting) on such a positive night for us overall was just another feel good moment.
I totally relate to her shyness and preference to be private so there's probably a bit of projection there as well :-)
She is absolutely worth being a squad player even if only for her aerial threat. Sometimes you just need someone to bang in a header at the back post every now and again.
Personally, I'm not sure (and hope I'm wrong) if Lina is going to be at the club for that much longer. But it's true that she can give us something different. My hopes for her are mainly as a bench option who can hopefully make big contributions in 2-3 games (a bit like my hopes for Sterling with the men's team).
A great post.

Like having a new signing and with Lotte about we can finally pose an alternative dead-ball threat.
The more the merrier when it comes to attacking threats. I look forward to hopefully seeing more of her contributions as the season progresses.

Great to have Lina back
