I was just talking to a friend (breaking the news to them) that there'll be one or two (if not more) seemingly established names who are probably now in their last season at the club. I imagine fan reaction could also be something to manage when it happens as they'll likely be someone faves.
Let me ask about the flip side of your article and Shane and Lewis's posts: January transfers. I believe that the NWSL would be well worth scouting for players to come in then, like Emily Fox, so Arsenal should always be looking there. It seems like the delicacy would be more important with incoming players in January than you discuss in your article beause the displaced players would likely still be part of the squad. Do you have any experiences or thoughts on this aspect of the transition? Thanks.

Hi Tim,
thanks as much as always. Any early predictions for who might move on?
No idea, would depend entirely on who the new coach is.
